Policies

Shipping Policy
Orders received by 12pm PST will ship the same-day they are received. Shipping options include USPS First Class Mail (2-5 business days delivery time in the U.S. and 5-10 days to Canada or International shipping addresses) or USPS Priority Mail Shipping (2-3 business days, for U.S. orders only).

USPS First Class Shipping is provided free of charge for all orders in the US and Canada. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed as some exceptions may apply (i.e. delivery to rural areas or peak holiday traffic).

Canada and International Orders: Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by customs agencies once the package reaches your country. In the case of customs duty, additional charges for customs clearance are borne by the receiver. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information on duties or any import restrictions.

Orders shipped via USPS Express Mail International typically arrive within 5-8 business days. Orders shipped to Canada via USPS First Class Mail typically take between 6-10 business days; some orders may take longer due to delays with customs processing. 

Return Policy
To exchange product in case of damaged merchandise or a broken tamper-resistant seal, an RMA (return merchandise authorization) is required. To request an RMA, contact: info@fairhavenhealth.com.

An RMA may also be requested for products purchased within 30 days that are unopened with safety seals intact. Please note a standard 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns.
